Session Structure

How a Session Works

Every session follows our proven five-part structure. 60-90 minutes of football-based fitness that flies by.

Warm-Up & Joint Mobility

10-15 min

Every session begins with controlled joint rotations and dynamic stretches designed to mobilise your ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. This isn't just a quick jog — it's targeted movement preparation that reduces injury risk and gets your body ready to perform. You'll feel looser, more mobile, and ready to move.

Technical Ball Work

15-20 min

Learn real football skills at your own pace — passing, control, dribbling, turning. Coaches break everything down step by step so complete beginners feel confident while experienced players stay challenged. It's skill development that doubles as coordination training.

Football Fitness Circuit

15-20 min

Station-based training that combines bodyweight exercises with football movements. Think squats into passes, burpees between cones, and agility ladders with the ball at your feet. It builds strength, stamina, and coordination — and it's far more engaging than any gym circuit.

Game Time

15-20 min

Small-sided games (4v4 or 5v5) where you put everything into practice. These aren't competitive matches — they're fun, inclusive games designed to get your heart rate up while building teamwork and confidence. This is where friendships are made and the laughs happen.

Cool Down & Recovery

10 min

Static stretching and gentle mobility work to bring your heart rate down and promote recovery. We focus on the muscles you've used most during the session, helping prevent soreness and keeping your body happy for the next time.

For Everyone

Who We Train

Whether you're 16 or 60, a complete beginner or a weekend warrior — there's a place for you on our pitch.

Adults (16+)

Tired of the treadmill? Our adult sessions mix football drills with functional fitness in a social, no-pressure environment. You'll build cardiovascular fitness, improve coordination, and develop real football skills — all while having a genuinely good time. Most of our members say it's the first exercise programme they've actually stuck with.

Teens (13-17)

Build confidence, coordination, and friendships in a supportive environment. Our teen sessions focus on technical skills, teamwork, and staying active — without the pressure of competitive football. It's structured enough to develop real ability but relaxed enough that everyone enjoys it.

Family Sessions

Train together, laugh together. Our family-friendly sessions let parents and children (13+) share the pitch for a fun, active experience everyone can enjoy. It's quality time that actually gets you fit — and you might discover your kid has some serious skills.

Complete Beginners

Never kicked a ball? Perfect. We start from scratch with patient coaching and a genuinely friendly group. Everyone was new once, and our coaches are experts at making people feel comfortable from minute one. You'll surprise yourself with how quickly you improve.
