Session Structure
How a Session Works
Every session follows our proven five-part structure. 60-90 minutes of football-based fitness that flies by.
Warm-Up & Joint Mobility
10-15 minEvery session begins with controlled joint rotations and dynamic stretches designed to mobilise your ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders. This isn't just a quick jog — it's targeted movement preparation that reduces injury risk and gets your body ready to perform. You'll feel looser, more mobile, and ready to move.
Technical Ball Work
15-20 minLearn real football skills at your own pace — passing, control, dribbling, turning. Coaches break everything down step by step so complete beginners feel confident while experienced players stay challenged. It's skill development that doubles as coordination training.
Football Fitness Circuit
15-20 minStation-based training that combines bodyweight exercises with football movements. Think squats into passes, burpees between cones, and agility ladders with the ball at your feet. It builds strength, stamina, and coordination — and it's far more engaging than any gym circuit.
Game Time
15-20 minSmall-sided games (4v4 or 5v5) where you put everything into practice. These aren't competitive matches — they're fun, inclusive games designed to get your heart rate up while building teamwork and confidence. This is where friendships are made and the laughs happen.
Cool Down & Recovery
10 minStatic stretching and gentle mobility work to bring your heart rate down and promote recovery. We focus on the muscles you've used most during the session, helping prevent soreness and keeping your body happy for the next time.
